Terms and Conditions
These terms set out the basis on which GoKonnect Solar provides information, quotations, solar PV products, installation services and related support to customers.
About GoKonnect Solar
GoKonnect Solar provides solar PV installations for homes, businesses and farms across Ireland. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean GoKonnect Solar. References to “you” mean the customer or website user.
Quotations and Orders
Any quotation, proposal or system design is based on the information available to us at the time it is prepared. Final pricing, system design, grant eligibility and installation requirements may depend on a site survey, roof suitability, electrical inspection and product availability.
An order is accepted only when confirmed by GoKonnect Solar. If details in a quotation or proposal need to be corrected, please contact us before confirming your order.
Installation and Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property so that our team or approved contractors can survey, install, inspect, maintain or remove equipment where required. You confirm that you own the property or have the necessary permission for solar installation works.
Payments
You agree to pay the charges confirmed in your quotation, proposal or order documentation. Payment timings, deposits, staged payments or finance arrangements will be confirmed before installation.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation rights and any cancellation charges will depend on the stage of the order, whether a system has been designed or customised for your property, and any work already completed. We will explain applicable cancellation terms during the sales process.
Products, Warranties and Support
Product warranties are provided in line with manufacturer terms and any additional GoKonnect Solar warranty or support terms confirmed with your order. Warranty cover does not apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorised works, third-party interference or failure to follow provided guidance.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during quotation and survey stages.
- Ensure permission is in place for installation works where required.
- Use installed products and monitoring software in line with guidance provided.
- Contact GoKonnect Solar promptly if you believe there is a fault or issue.
